Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was published by Ubisoft and developed by Ubisoft Montreal. It is an action role-playing (RPG) video game.

The game was released on November 10, 2020, for Microsoft Windows, Playstation, Xbox series X and Series S, and Stadia, while the playstation5 version was released on November 12.

The game acquired general optimism from critics, who complimented the narrative, characters, voice acting, visuals, soundtrack, world design, and the kinship of activities, with denunciation being targeted towards the game’s length, repetitive structure technical issues, and dependence on microtransactions and over game upgrade.

In the game, the player runs Evior, a Viking raider who becomes entangled in the clash between the Assassin Brotherhood and the Templar Order.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was nominated for innovation in accessibility and best action/adventure at the game awards. Valhalla has an amicable structure of major story missions and a number of noncompulsory side missions.

Not all missions necessitate violent ends with quite a few that can be resolved by diplomatic means. Player choices via conversation or gameplay options will act on the characters and their political coalition with other non-player characters.

The game also depends less on a traditional leveling system and rather focuses more on the selection of skills via skill trees selected by the player as Evior advances through the game.
