4GB RAM PC’s are quite common in today’s world. But still, there aren’t many games that can run smoothly on them. At the same time, there aren’t many games that we can enjoy on these 4GB RAM PCs. Over to the shortage of all genres of games when diving into a specific genre like stealth games the bubble becomes much smaller. We hardly find any titles that are popular in the gaming community and can run on 4GB RAM, so to help you with this I’ve made this list of my personal favorite games that I have personally checked.

Dishonored is a series of action-adventure games developed by Arkane Studios, and published by Bethesda Softworks. This is such a refreshing experience, with a good story this game also provides you with an artistic environment. This game grants you way too much freedom, in short, every choice you make will affect your game experience.

You are offered the contract to kill the person who leaks all the data from the agency and causes chaos and that person is none other than Diana, the story is full of suspense and thrills, as you progress the secret unfolds slowly, you have to find out the reason for which Diana becomes rogue. This game also delivers the same experience as other Hitman games.

Sniper Elite 4

Sniper Elite 4 is a 2017 third-person tactical shooter stealth video game developed and published by Rebellion Developments. It’s a good stealth game but not as fascinating as a sniper game, despite not having good mechanics, still, its visually stunning environment and decent gameplay cover it.

The game is set up in 1943 during world war 2, the game picks up from Sniper Elite 3 left you have sent to Iceland to eliminate high nazi officials. The sniping style is very realistic in this game you can also set traps for other nazi soldiers, the plus point of this game is that you can also play it with your friends and improve your skills, Each level provides you with different sets of skills which you can learn throughout the game, Overall this is an action-packed stealth game with a good storyline.

Splinter Cell Chaos Theory

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is a stealth game. You play as Sam Fisher, the main protagonist of the game, you are the agent of covert ops called “Third Echelon”. The game has a dark-tone theme.

The game features so many things, the stealth mechanics of the game are realistic, you get an aural monitor which shows how much noise Sam makes and also the noise of the area. You just have to make less noise than the surrounding area, so that the enemies don’t hear Sam. The NPC enemies are not dumb, if a guard or a CCTV camera finds a body they will trigger an alarm. So you can’t leave bodies in the open, you have to eliminate all the NPCs and cameras.

The game adds knife combat in the gameplay, which has so many uses during the missions like close-quarters combat, threatening an enemy, and piercing gas tanks. You can choose different ‘kits’ like there is a redding’s recommended kit, an assault kit, and a stealth kit. Sam also has a  5-7 SC Pistol, an SC-20K, a launcher that fires non-lethal weaponry, a shotgun, 20mm sniper attachment for long-range combat.

Mark of The Ninja Remastered

Mark of the Ninja Remastered consists of stealth-oriented 2D platforming. You take control of a nameless ninja who wakes up after his summer clan was attacked by the Hessian corporation along with the female ninja named Ora, Ninja sets out to assassinate thor leader count carriage. The protagonist also has a tattoo that gives his superpowers at the potential cost of losing their sanity.

Although the game is in a 2D plane it is a great stealth game. The character will change from black so the color of his attire indicates where he’s in the shadow or not. Everything in your vicinity will be visible whereas other rooms will be blurred out. Eerie noise creates a circular ripple effect which either gives away your position or is used to distract guards. 

The game offers tackling each level in different ways, you can sneak past patrols undetected or assassinate the enemies and combat is also possible.

Alien: Isolation

Alien: Isolation is a single-player action-adventure game that focuses on stealth and survival horror gameplay. You play as Amanda Ripley in the first-person perspective, your objective is to explore the space station and avoid unnecessary encounters with enemies. Amanda can run, climb ladders, sneak into vents, crouch behind objects and thankfully peek over or lean around to gain view, which is so helpful during the levels. Amanda can also hide under a table or inside lockers to hide from enemies.

The main antagonist, an Alien creature. The alien creature can not be defeated, so you just need to hide and use stealth tactics to survive. The alien will hunt you through sight or sound. Amanda has a flashlight and a motion tracker to avoid alien encounters directly. The game avoids direct combat with enemies by providing limited ammunition.

The story of Alien: Isolation is the real deal I must say, Alien Isolation takes inspiration from the terrifying 1979 original film Alien. Its set 15 years after the events of the first film, alien isolation starts with the daughter of Ellen Ripley while the action is moved to a slowly decaying space station the surf esta pool.

Splinter Cell Blacklist

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is an action-adventure stealth video game. You control l Sam Fisher. Fisher is a spy working for Fourth Echelon. Your mission is to stop the terrorists who are trying to threaten the United States into recalling all of its troops stationed abroad. 

The gameplay focuses on stealth from a third-person perspective. You can rotate its camera, run, crouch, and leap over objects. Blacklist is the combo of action and stealth which allows players to achieve objectives from different methods and also defeat enemies. You can be sneaky and kill enemies silently or be aggressive and kill enemies and also alert others. 

Blacklist also has a multiplayer mode called “Spies vs. Mercs”, with different gadgets you play as a Spies or a Mercs. The mode has two varieties Classic, supporting teams of 2v2, and Blacklist, supporting 4v4 action.

The Last of Us Part 2

The Last of Us part 2 is an action-adventure game. Part 2 is set five years after The Last of Us. You get to play two main characters Ellie who wants revenge after suffering a tragedy and Abby, a soldier who becomes involved in a conflict between her militia and religious cult. You play this game in a third-person perspective and fight human enemies and zombies with firearms, weapons, and stealth.

The game is set in a post-apocalyptic environment. In combat, players can use long-range weapons and short-range weapons, pistols, and revolvers. In part 2 now you can jump and climb and sometimes take the high ground advantage. You can sneak around and take enemies one by one but if you planned to be stealthy but messed things up you can kill enemies openly. The combat of this game feels so realistic. 

This game offers you great detailed locations, it seems like every room in the game has a story behind it and the density and detail of it really amazed me. Open world rewards exploration with great character movement.

Mark of The Ninja

Mark of the Ninja is a stealth platformer in two dimensions. The slick controls allow the juggling of fighting and mobility to flow as seamlessly as the game’s violent murder.

You’re a ninja, a scowling quiet kind with crimson tattoos that provide you special abilities. During some stages, you are accompanied by a female companion who gives you clues. You’ll have to slip past lethal lasers, sniffing dogs, and flashlight-wielding guards. The key to completing the level quickly is evasion and concealment. You have the option of using equipment such as smoke bombs and noisemakers or just murdering or bypassing the opponents.
